Unstable angina ek serious heart condition hai jisme chest pain achanak, zyada severe, aur unpredictable hota hai. Yeh pain rest ke dauran bhi ho sakta hai aur normal medicines se relief nahi milta. Iska main reason coronary arteries me sudden plaque rupture ya blood clot ka formation hota hai, jisse heart muscle ko blood supply sharply kam ho jaati hai. Unstable angina ko medical emergency mana jaata hai kyunki yeh heart attack ka strong warning sign hota hai.

Causes and Warning Signs of Unstable Angina

Unstable angina usually advanced coronary artery disease ki wajah se hota hai. Chest pain zyada intense hota hai, zyada der tak rehta hai, aur time ke saath worsen ho sakta hai. Pain left arm, shoulder, neck, jaw, ya back tak spread kar sakta hai. Shortness of breath, sweating, nausea, aur anxiety jaise symptoms common hote hain.
